Héctor co-founded Aleos Capital in 2025. Previously, he served as CEO, CFO and Head of M&A at Quirónsalud for more than a decade. Prior to that, he spent five years in private equity at Apax Partners in the Healthcare team across the Madrid, London and NY offices. He began his career at McKinsey & Company
